Thank you for your interest in joining the MOVE Texas Action Fund Board of Directors! We operate two entities: the MOVE Texas Action Fund which is a 501c4 nonprofit organization and MOVE Texas Civic Fund which is fiscally sponsored by the Alliance for Youth Organizing. MOVE Texas Action Fund is the political arm of MOVE Texas, an organization dedicated to building the political power of young people in underrepresented communities through civic engagement, leadership development, and issue advocacy. This is the application for our 501c4 governing board, MOVE Texas Action Fund.


Please complete this application to give us a bit more insight into your experience, preferences, and ability to fulfill expectations. For more information on what it means to be a MOVE Texas board member, read this board member job description. Applications open on March 27th, 2024. Interviews will occur in mid-late April.

You may NOT apply to both the MOVE Texas Action Fund and MOVE Texas Civic Fund Boards of Directors. Board member terms are for two years from the date of receiving the final board service offer.
